Taco Bar is not a new idea in our family. It's also not Christmas tradition. Last night we celebrated Christmas with the whole Billey family - Nana and Poppy, Mr. and Mrs. Knost with Little Lou, Bugsy, and Stinky, and our family - Mr. and Mrs. Crum with Monkey, Crackers, and Baby. What a crew of craziness.
The biggest problem with making a meal is figuring out something that will satisfy everyone's tastes and dietary needs. Mrs. Knost thought a taco bar would be fantastic because everyone could make it however they wanted. I thought for my "recipe" this week I would share as many things as I can recall from our tabletop taco bar.
