Diapers Galore

I responded to a post on Craigslist last night.  A lady said she had "at least 15" Bum Genius diapers that needed repair - new elastic and maybe new velcro.  

Tonight I stopped by to pick them up - there were 29 BG diapers and 5 Fuzzi Bunz.

Now I need some help to figure out how to repair these.

    WHOA, nice catch! Good luck fixing the diapers-- I've put elastic in diapers that I made from scratch, and it wasn't too difficult, so hopefully it works for you. :-)

    Wow, completely free? What in the world was she doing with those diapers that they ended up like that?

    I think the lady had a handicapped daughter, my guess is someone kind donated them to her and she didn't want to fix them.
