Today is one of those days I wish we had a second car. I don't have any big plans that I'd like to accomplish, but poor Monkey is lonely and I wish we could go pick up one of his friends to play for a while. His brother didn't want to play with him and the little boy I babysit doesn't come on Saturdays. He tried playing in his "tents & tunnels" by himself and it just wasn't the same. Sweet Monkey looked at me sadly, flapped his arms in exasperation and sighed, "I not too happy".
I'm so proud of him that he's learning to express some emotions - we'll work on the word "lonely" later!
