My first week with MyFitnessPal #mamavation

 This week I started using MyFitnessPal.  I love the ease of entering my meals and instantly having calorie counts.  I hardly have to do any work to figure it out.  I also love that I can set goals for myself and it helps me figure what I need to do in order to achieve my goals.  How fantastic.

I did a great job keeping track and getting my exercises done Monday through Wednesday.  Thursday I did a great job keeping track of calories - although I was hesitant because we chose a high cal junky dinner.  Friday I was lazy, Saturday out of town, and Sunday.. well.. I blew it.

My goal this week is to track consistently all week long, even when I am afraid to know my calorie counts.

What are your goals for the week?


  1. My goal for this week is to work out every day. Full out breathless workouts for three days and light walking for long distances every day. I'd like to improve my stamina!

  2. You know, I think the hardest part is recording food on your not so good days. Because if you don't, then you'll start slipping more. At least, that's how it goes for me! I love using MyFitnessPal for the same reasons you mentioned - less thinking and math always makes me a happy camper! I hope you have an awesome week!
