Green Bumkin Wetbag Review & Giveaway

What is a wetbag?
It is a bag that is lined with PUL, a water resistant fabric.  These are often used for storing used cloth diapers.  Wetbags are also practical for traveling, as they can keep your hygiene products or makeup products separate from your clothes.  They can be used to carry a wet swimsuit or towel from the pool.  Wetbags can also be used in the kitchen to toss your dish rags in after you have used them.

Who needs a wetbag?  Who doesn't!  I'm sure that you can find a great way to utilize a wetbag in your home.

I recently had the privileged of trying out a wetbag by Green Bumkin.  I used her medium wetbag which is 12x15.  My first thought when this arrived was "I wish I could sew like this."  Really, fantastic work on the bag.  The stitches are perfect, the bag is beautiful.  I love the snap on the handle, so I can hang it over my door knob, or shower curtain or closet rod, wherever.

What I really love the most about this wetbag is the size.  This is perfect for my family.  With 1 boy in underwear and 1 in cloth diapers, I need plenty of room for dirties.  I counted one day, 3 prefolds, 1 wrap, 4 pair of heavy toddler pants, 8 pair of toddler underpants.  The beautiful thing about wetbags, is that they hold in the stink.. and Green Bumkin's do just that very well.  I know because when I opened it up.. yikes!

Another thing that I love about Green Bumkin's wetbag is that it is easy to clean.  I can just throw it in the wash with my diapers and it needs no special treatment.  Wash, dry, use, repeat!

The only thing I would change about this bag is that the label has frayed a little bit.  (She's just assured me that she has new tags that won't fray!)
