My Egg-free, Peanut-free, Gluten-free, Low-carb life: Menu 2

I am getting back to sharing our weekly menu (mostly for my benefit so that I can stick with it).  I am just going to post the dinner menu, as lunches vary depending on our leftovers.

Monday - Teryaki Chicken on rice, Oranges, Green beans in soy sauce
Tuesday - Bocca Burgers with onion and ricotta, spinach salad, 1/2 apple, carrots
Wednesday - Chinese Chicken Salad, Bean String, Grapes
Thursday - Zucchini Lasagna, Spinach Salad, apples
Friday - Cheese Quesidillas, Guacamole, Salsa, oranges
Saturday - Birthday party! Meatballs, Terra Chips, fresh veggies, cheese, cupcakes
Sunday - Chili, Apples
