Alpine Weight Loss Secrets Review and Giveaway - Ended

And the winner is....
#4 Melissa!

I have had the privilege this week to read the book Apline Weight Loss Secrets by Stefan Aschan.  In this book, Stefan shares his observations and research about health and fitness.  This book is more than a diet book, it is about wellness of the whole body and mind.

I found this book to be an easy read.  It has many helpful worksheets that encourage the reader to explore more deeply their habits, desires, needs, and plan.  He also offers special online resources for his readers.  Stefan regularly refers to his upbringing in a small village in the Alps.  He uses the Alpine lifestyle as a model for health and youth, and does not encourage his readers to spend all of their time working out at a gym.

This book would be a great addition to the library of anyone who is interested in health and wellness, or is even thinking about trying a more nutritious lifestyle.  Aschan gives his readers several small steps to take toward healthier living.

I received this book for free for promotional review through Business to Blogger and Stefan Aschan.

Why I like it:  It assures me that the lifestyle and diet that I am striving to achieve is not only possible, but truly healthy for my family.  I love the worksheets and additional online resources.  Stefan Aschan also offers several tips and pointers that I would not have come up with on my own.

What I would change:  There are about 60 recipes in this book, but I would LOVE to see more, maybe in a different format.  Okay, maybe I just want to see a whole cookbook.

Overall:  A great read, encourages a healthy lifestyle.
