Words

We all know that punctuation is important.  For instance, a man eating chicken is very different from a man-eating chicken.
What we sometimes fail to remember is that our words are important too.  Today I said to my husband, "We need to feed and eat the children."  Oops, I meant we need to eat and feed the children.  Big difference!
Please, don't eat me mama!
Our words sometimes sound funny to us.  I often hear myself saying things like: Get your head out of the toilet.  and Your brother's hand is NOT a banana.  even Money does not go in your bottom.

Can you believe the thins that come out of your mouth sometimes.  Okay, life with toddlers is kind of amusing from that aspect.  But sometimes our words hurt.  I know I am guilty of hurting with my words sometimes.  Usually I do not intend to, but it happens.  Usually it happens to the people I love the most.  Maybe because that is who I talk to the most.  I'm sorry if I've hurt you with words.

Share some kind and uplifting words with someone today, be careful about the order in which you use them.
One of my friends posted a note to me the other day, all it said was "you are nice."  But you know what, that made my day.  Has anyone said something to make your day today?  What is the nicest thing someone has said to you?  Leave a comment, I'd love to hear.  (I love comments).
